My name is Edward Sykes and I’ve been surveying and valuing residential property in the Huddersfield, Leeds and Wakefield areas for about 35 years.

I’m F.R.I.C.S qualified (Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and began my surveying career with a well known private firm of surveyors and estate agents called Eddisons in Leeds. Latterly becoming an Associate of the company, I left in 1996 to work for Manning Stainton, a Leeds based firm of surveyors and estate agents. Then, in 1998, I set up in business on my own.

I now concentrate my efforts in the Huddersfield, Wakefield and South Leeds areas and can provide you with a professional, affordable survey in a short timescale.
